I find George’s American cousins like a bit of wild bird seed scattered on their peanut butter.
It is a trick Kris actually taught me and it has been unfailing (so far).

I thought just about every living thing liked peanut butter

I had success using peanut butter as mouse bait in a previous house. But these new mice are fussy!
