Can't find my camera so this will be a very boring update.

Three days ago I put in six faverolle eggs into the incubator. But on of them has a little hole in it. The embryo isn't punctured but the shell is. What do you guys think will happen to the egg? My guess is it will hatch if its fertile.

We will see. Anyway, back to the boring thing update, yesterday I went around the property inspecting the chickens (usually naughty) Barred rocks are doing great! They are true egg laying machines! And I even snuck some lettuce from the garden to them.

They love lettuce so much! Anyway, then I went to the faverolles. They are looking good too, although they are going through a molt and aren't laying much at the moment. Also I am worried about Cosette again. She seemed to be doing a lot better and then in the last two days she has had a dirty butt again and isn't laying. Any ideas?

Did you check inside her mouth for white blotches
If she has she needs 7 to 10 days oral nystatin
As well as antifungal on vent for same amount of days
Also there suggesting put some garlic in water
And no watery foods until better
Got this info by typing in vent gleet

I love this I have 7 chickens White Leghorn ( Isabelle), an Americauna (Brittany), a Brahma/Rhode Is Red mix (Izzy) and four Barred Rocks.. all named (BoB).. becasue I can not tell the differencee. My Daughter says she can tell with the tail patterens. but I can't.. lol So I found this funny thanks I needed a good laugh today

One of are barred rocks is very different she's got a long tail! She's got personality and doesn't like going out side :/ and loves being held but is skittish.
She's always keeping a eye on everything lol!
