Mobile Chicken Coop Help

Hello! I'm currently trying to come up with a cheap, light design for a mobile chicken coop that I'll be moving everyday. I'll have an attached run to the coop with a frame that's enclosed with mesh wire. Since I'll be moving the coop everyday, are the space requirements still 4 sq. ft. per bird in the run? I want the chickens to decrease the tick population and basically be lawn mowers so I don't want them to be making a huge indent on the land.
