Question: Which counties have MPPU's available? Public or Private? Conditions of usage? Has anyone used them? In other States?

Do we have this here yet? I know of a place in Kitsap County that will process for $5/bird, but you have to deliver. I've read about a mobile processing unit, but not sure if it ever came to fruition? If so, that would be AWESOME!
