Mobile question - Can't Post Pics

Why can't I load pictures from my iPhone 6. I click on pic, then click upload from my phone and then a big cancel button appears and no pic, I have uploaded from my phone before and now since the last iPhone update it will not let me? Please help

Hi @Ahand sorry to hear you're having problems. Are you using the BYC App, or the mobile version of the site in your web browser? If the app, can you try loading a pic with the browser version of the mobile site and see if that makes a difference?

I had same problem with app on iPhone 5S. Tried uploading on browser site and it worked.

Hi Rob,
Exact same problem with my iPhone 6 and the mobile app. Just connected with the phone and Safari browser and posted two pictures. I don't think a screen shot would show much other than a large truncated "Cancel" button that doesn't really work. It appears to be part of a larger dialoge box that does not fully render.

While we work to get this fixed in the app, we suggest that peeps wanting to upload images, use the mobile version of the site on their mobile web browser. It seems the image upload works fine there and the experience should be pretty similar.

When I hit the paperclip to attach a photo... I get a message that I do not have permission to attach photo... what is the problem because it is not the pic. I cannot even get that far... Thank you... HF.

I'm having similar experiences.a "Cancel" box appears and remains on the screen without pulling up images. I have to close out of the app to get the box to go away.

It is on my laptop computer using either chrome or firefox browser. It says... You don't have permission to create attachments.
