Mobile Turkey Tractor/Pen/Coop

I wanna build a mobile turkey tractor/housing unit for Midget White turkeys. How much head room do they need? How high off the ground should there roost be? Anything else I should know before doing this? I'm looking to keep this fairly light weight.

Turkeys like to roost up high and are good at flying. They should have enough room over their heads to jump. I've never built a chicken tractor that worked (I have two moveable chicken pens that I use for broody chickens). However, I hear they work really well, so best of luck!
