Mockingbird nestling found

It's late at night and I'm pretty sure this little fellow has been on the ground for hours.

There are cats in this neighborhood and there were some black ants crawling on this bird.

What should I do?

EDIT: Upon further research I've found that he was a fledgling, and so I put him in a safer place close enough to his nest.

Keep it warm and you can feed it moistened dry dog food. That is what the wild life rehab people told me to feed orphaned baby birds. I have raised quite a few on it.
