Did anyone ever got back to you? I’m about to buy one, but I’m not sure what to expect.
not one here, but I found someone guy on youtube that uses that incubator for hatching. He gave me a few tips, like to keep the water tray it comes with with water and make sure it's in a room that has a constant temperature. The only thing is, I had to buy some humidity gauge, since it doesn't have one. I also emailed the company, and they sent a manual of the incubator

it's been good so far, I've been worried on lockdown, because the first time I used it... I had a pretty bad hatch rate. Right now I've been using my little giant for lockdown day till I can actually buy a hygrometer for it.
