Thanks to all the moderators out there for putting in so much work so we can all enjoy BYC. I recommend this site to everyone I meet who wants to know anything about any fowl because it is such a great place to learn.

I really appreciate all the work you do. Quick question- how can one persuade forum members to read more carefully without coming off like a snotty jerk?
Really fine folks write me with questions that have already been covered almost to the point of exhaustion in posts- i even provide hyperlinks but I don't think they know how to use them?
