Moderator online?

How do I find out of a moderator is on now? I need some assistance.

Click on the index and then scroll down to where it show's who all is online....the mods are a different color.

IDK if there is an easier way, but this is the way I know of. Go to the index..then scroll down and it'll show you who is online....

Honestly, unless a problem or question is specific to a particular person on the BYC Staff, all problems and issues should be reported using the "report" link on the thread. Even if the problem isn't specific to that post, it is the best way to report a problem and notify everyone on the team so the first available BYC moderator can take action.

What if we had a "contact next available moderator" button? Instead of having to report a post just to ask a general question you could use the button instead.

That's kinda what the report button does. In fact, some people will just hit report on a generic post (like one made by me or one of the moderators) and say, "Hey, I'm not reporting this post, I just have a quick question about......."

That way the first available staff member can get to the question and answer it.

The report button is great. I've used it a few times. Extremely useful.
