Modern game bantam dubbing

If u aren't familiar with dubbing you may want to see if anyone who raises raised them could show u how to do one first...I freaked out when I did mine the first time...I thought I did it all wrong...and they want the comb dubbed a certain way for showing and you have to make sure you get the right curve on it because like everyone said...you can't go back and redo it...one thing I did with mine was hold their comb in some cold water for a little bit before cutting...

The truth is that the rooster was returned to a 2 foot by 2 foot conditioning stall on which hung a water and a feed cup. The rooster's head gear was coarsely chopped and put into the feed cup. The freshly dubbed rooster was so unconcerned with the loss of his comb and wattles that he went straight to eating himself. Chickens are very very stoic and it takes a lot to upset them.
