Welcome to Backyard chickens - off hand I can't think of any gray or black breeds that lay green or blue eggs.

True Ameraucanas, which come in a black variety lay blue eggs. Just be sure and get them from a reputable breeder rather than from a hatchery or feed store or you will be purchasing Easter Egger hybrids rather than true Ameraucanas. Hatcheries and feed stores frequently and incorrectly market their Easter Eggers as Ameraucanas or Araucanas. If you're not familiar with the difference, there is a good article at http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2011/09/ameraucana-easter-egger-or-araucana.html explaining the difference between true Ameraucanas, true Araucanas, and Easter Eggers.

As Michael said, Black Ameraucanas are one type and as for gray feathers, the project color Lavender Ameraucanas might be another you would like... good luck!
