Most of what you're talking about has to do with timing. PC and others log on at the right time of day to get enough responses to keep them juggled above the crowd. At the end of the day, this experience is for you. I try to search unanswered posts for people who really want help, and I'm not the only one. When it comes down to brass tacks, this site is pretty helpful.

I think you have to use something kind of racy in the title--like chicken sex!?, OMG you have got to see this!, or Do I Stink or something? Not "My hen is sick", but OMG I can't believe what my hen is doing! or Check out these poo pictures! Doesn't hurt to have pictures of cute little fuzzy butts or manly roosters for people to crow over.
