Bucephalus and Dahlia sat by the other couple, not even noticing they were there. The stallion began to groom his mate as they cuddled against each other under the strangely vibrant moonlight, the sky being perfectly clear. One would relish nights like this, as you could see the stars for miles. "Whoa, whoa!" uttered Bucephalus as a glittering line flashed upon his eyes under the evenly scattered pale blue light.
"What, what?!" asked Dahlia, a confused smirk on her face when he suddently blurted out.
"Did you see that shooting star?"
She made a pouty face. "No...I missed it...But it gives me name ideas for the foal..."
"Agh, too bad. It was a really beautiful sight, the largest one I've seen...Good suggestion," he added.
She nodded, resting her head against Bucephalus's chest as he ly behind her with his head set upon Dahlia's spine. "I love you," he whispered into her perked ear.
"Me too hon," she said groggily, closing her eyes and slowly drifting into sleep.
