Dusty trailed off from the hill she was standing on, searching the field for what she could eat as dinner. All of a sudden, she bumped into something large with a thud. "Hello my lady," he breathed, lowering his head to her. "I-- uhhh, hi..." she sputtered, pacing backward. "Sorry I forgot to go drop by your herd," she said, her ears dropping back. "You forgot," he laughed, "You just didn't want to go, did you." he guilted her. Her eyes grew wide, "No no no, I just--" she lowered her head. "I'm sorry, I-I really did forget. I'll go with now, okay? Before I forget again?" she said, then bit her tongue, wishing she hadn't just made her stupid rushed decision; she knew it could blow up in her face. "Great," he said with a smile, masking a filthy grin. "Come with me." Seeing no way out of this, she tentatively followed, and she hoped that she would be noticed so that someone would help.
Bella arrived at Dahlia's side, carefully laying a pile of freshly foraged clover.
