Mohawk on an Olive Egger?

It's the picture next to my username (my avitar pic?) - that's Ativan's rear end. You can see the primaries/secondaries of her left wing, her back, and like 2-3 lonely tail feathers way down on the right below where her tail should be. My currently tail-less ISA Brown.

So does the chicks get thier comb from mothers side or fathers sideline if you breed pea with single or rose
They get one gene from each. Single combs are recessive and only show if they have single comb genes from both parents. Araucanas are pea combed, so they would pass one pea gene to the chick, which would make it look like a tall pea comb as an adult
