Hi, my sizzle silkie is molting but I’m wondering if the exposed skin may be having other issues?

Hello! Do you all think that the birds have something else going on other than molting? I see lots of pin feathers, but also some of the birds are simply bold with no pin feathers. I noticed one of the females was chasing others and picking feathers out -maybe? I have separated her.
Would reducing the hours of light help with their molting? Is it best if you reduce hours of light to stop them from laying so they can re-grow feathers?
Anyways the whole lot looks a little stressed, help!

Your hen isnt molting shes being over mated
thanks for your reply! We have no males at the moment. One of them was looking puffy and blinking a lot until she pooped/threw up (didn't see) a grey ashy liquidy substance which leads me to belief that it might be Ulcerative Enteritis or some other bacterial infection they got going on
