Yes I am still new to this and asking stupid questions!
So a few days ago I cleaned out the coop and looked like a bird exploded for all the feathers. I figured the dominant RIR must be getting rough with them. Three of the RIR have been looking a little rough feather wise now big one is starting to also. I noticed an almost bald spot on his neck when he stretched whick when I looked at it is full of what look like pin feathers. The other reds I have picked up feel prickly to touch in spots. They are just under three months old is that too young to Molt should I be looking for another issue? It's only the RIR not my wyandottes queens or giants.
