Molting And Artificial Light????

I just read a post asking a question about molting and artificial light. Does anyone know if adding artificial light to the coop helps speed up the molting process? Also, how long after they start getting their feathers back do they begin laying again?? My girls are all (except for one and she never actually stopped laying during her molt!) pretty much filled back in with pretty, new feathers and still not laying again. I know there are a lot of other factors involved here, cold weather, shorter days etc., but am still curious about the time factor.
