Molting,and running???

I have a PR.My favorite hen.Were so close,and well,I thought not even the simplest thing could come between us.well unfourtently,I was wrong.
Something has came between us,but WHAT?!?
As far as I can go with info is she is molting and I was gone fo ra while.
I've lost true buddies.im not sure of why,or if its because their adults,or uneasy to get?

Hens who are moulting do not like to be touched. It is uncomfortable for them when they are growing in new feathers, and some can be a bit down, preferring to be alone at that time.

It can last for a couple of months so I wouldn't be expecting an over-night turn-around. Just let her be for now, give he some space, and hopefully she will come around to you when she's feeling a bit better.

Yeah,she stays alone often now,and never roosters with me anymore.(sighs)
