yes it looks normal it may look weird but it is nomal... or it could be that the other girls are picking on her.

Yes, that is normal--its common for chickens to lose their neck/head and tail feathers first when molting. Just make sure the other hens aren't picking on her, and she'll be fine.

She looks normal to me. When chickens molt, they usually first lose their tail feathers and their head feathers. In a couple months, she'll look normal and beautiful again.
