Get Bagbalm (comes in green tin and can be found at some feed stores or order on line real quick) and gently and thoroughly apply to scaly legs/feet every day or every few days and you should see vast improvement soon. Give molting birds extra protein (e.g. mealworms) and you can also put Avia Charge 2000 in their water every day to help ensure enough nutrients (can order online) - I put just enough to make a light tea color - heavier concentrations are not well accepted, by my birds anyway. I give this every day of the year except one day a month or so when I give ACV.
