Molting hen with red stool

I have a year old barred rock hen that is molting pretty hard. Noticed her stool is red colored now, but isn’t runny. Is this normal with a molting hen or should I treat for parasites?

Do you know if she could have eaten something different that might have affected the color of her droppings? Is she active, eating and drinking normally?

She is active, eating and drinking normally. There are a lot of persimmons on the ground, could eating those cause discolored stools?

I am not sure, but it looks like probably something she ate.
