Molting: How do you manage feathers in your yard?

I rake them up. Although I don't deal with people next door only an anal Husband.....

an anal husband, sometimes those are worse than bad neighbors! You can't close the door and lock em out!

If it's that bad, use a shop vac and suck them up.

Can I vacuum the feathers right off the chickens like a flowbee?

If it's that bad, use a shop vac and suck them up.

I avoid feathers that linger after slaughter time when vacuuming garage,
they get stuck in the ridged hose and are a b!tch to get out!

I let nature and winter rains compost them. But I don't think they would be too hard to rake up and put in the compost pile. Would be good nutrients for the soil.
