Molting or parasite? Hen help!

I have a rooster and 5 hens. One that over the past few weeks went from loosing hair on her neck to now her back. She isn't being picked on by the rooster. She has stopped laying for the most part. The rooster has now started to loose some feathers on his neck, minimal amount.
