Molting or something else?

Just curious if this is molting or if something else is going on. Same thing happening on both sides of chicken.

Do you see any pin feathers coming in? I couldn't zoom in close enough to tell.

Is it the exact same spot on the other side? It almost looks like something tried to grab her.

I do see pin feathers coming in. Her butt also looks like this. I was thinking something tried to grab her but we live in a fairly urban area. Nothing can really get into my yard and at night they're locked up inside their coop.

OK As long as you see pin feathers it's just a patchy molt.
