Molting or something else?

One of my hens appeared to be molting but this has gone on for quite awhile now. I heard molts can range from mild to very severe so wasn't concerned. But today she flapped her wings when I was around and it appears to be under her wings also. Any ideas/tips? The fluffy feathers is what made me think molting.

It looks like damage from overbreeding. Do you have a rooster?

Yes I do and one of the hens just went broody so that's one down. Trying to increase the hens but with quarantine and broody I haven't been able to. Suggestion while I quarantine new hens and let the broody finish raising the 2 day old chick?

Unless there's blood, overbreeding isn't a big problem. There are saddles you can use for the favorite hens. She should feather out after molt if he doesn't keep tearing feathers off.
