Molting or something more serious?

I have a 2 year old Black Australorp. She is acting normally but her head (as well as her underbelly) has got white spots.

I'm wondering if this just molting or something more serious (mites?). She hasnt layed eggs for some time but it is wintertime and my other hens have also stopped laying.

No roosters, just 3 hens

It’s just molting then if she seems unbothered.
