Molting?

does this look it’s from molting or bullying? None of my other girls looks like this. I also found a chicken a few days ago with a bloody comb. Do I have a bully bird on my hands?

How old is that bird?
I see new pin feathers growing in.
Doesn't mean it didn't get a bloody comb from pecking order battles or some other injury.

My black sex link is also perhaps molting just in the neck area. She is on the top of the pecking order so I don't think my hen is being bullied. I find it strange that she is molting in only the neck area. I first I thought she had mites.
 
some molt one small area at a time, others lose lots in one tranche, some start at the head, others at the tail etc. You'll see what's the case for each of yours as they go through it. Don't worry :)
