Hello: I have ONE out of 19 hens molting. This is a new experience for me so understanding PIN feathers and BLOOD feathers is helpful as related in another post. This hen has LOTS of PIN feathers going on. I'm relieved to know that is what this is. HOwever, I'm not finding any information that says they get picked on by the other hens. I have NO roosters. But this one molting hen is completely driven away from the food and any area she is in with the others. Is that "normal"? I have to feed her separately so she gets food. :)

Yep, completely normal! I've never had a problem with my molting chickens being picked on, but I would keep an eye out just in case!

Not "normal" but not unusual either. She doesn't feel well and is behaving differently because of it, so the flock is treating her differently.

If you don't already have multiple feeders spread around your chicken area, I'd suggest considering that, to ensure she can go somewhere to eat even if others are chasing her from time to time.
