should chickens be molting right now?

Have they only just started molting? They usually start a bit earlier from my experience, but it isn’t impossible. Pictures of the chickens would be helpful.

they are ISA browns and are almost 3 years old. they have molted already in the fall but their molts are not that bad. It has been really cold here so have had a heat lamp on in the run - all day and all night - im wondering if that is having something to do with it. There are a lot of short feathers in the coop, but if you were to just look at the chicken you would not think that she was molting. Ive been trying to research and it seems maybe it could be stress. They all seem fine otherwise - eating and drinking and its finally warmed up so they are coming out of the coop.
