Molting

Just about all of GC's look as tho they are molting but yet i have 2 strong everyday layers an the the other 2 just about everyother day an its not from my roo he dosent get to do his job lol they wont let him

I'm so new at the whole chicken thing, I'm figuring things out as I go. I have 9 chicks that are 15 weeks old right now and 4 that are 7 months. I have a lot of feathers in the coup! Babies doing that or older ones? I don't know what to look for when it comes to molting.
I usually get 4 eggs a day, but yesterday only one and really noticed the feathers.
Today we will see....
