Mom and Chicken Math

I convinced my mother to get chickens. (she needs organic fertilizer for her hydroponic planting system in the apartment) So, we ordered McMurray hatchery’s special assorted bargain almost a month ago, straight-run (gotten 11 pullets out of 25 chicks). After having a White Plymouth Rock roo for dinner, she decided and insisted that we needed more! Now, 26 more chicks will be delivered in mid-April (just in time for Easter…heh).
