Mom is hatching eggs, and I will give her feed store babies eventually also!

I GOT THIS, JUST TO BE CLEAR, I am just sharing. I have blended moms and chicks many a time, and even given 4 week old chicks with broody hens before.

Mom has 2 eggs she is hatching out (heath food fridge eggs), I am going to wait till eggs are hatched out and fluffed and night before I give her all the babies...

Her 2 eggs are brown and blue...this one is zipping right now...

I just bought 5 blue wyandottes, excited about them love blue anything...

and one barred rock, because hubby likes them.

Not worried at all. I have done this many times. Thanks ahead of time. I know you want to help.

AMAZING. I have a broody duck sitting on eggs at the moment and they’re pipping, Im expecting them to hatch sometime tomorrow.
I also have a broody hen on some Brahma eggs on day 10.

The blue egg hatched, it has a blonde head and a blue body.

The hen got all the store chicks last night, plus the one she hatched out, the yellow was the brown egg, I had to bring it in to the incubator to finish up, now these 2 older chicks are helping the yellow learn the ropes.

She is a blue cochin bantam, the chicks are bananas for her and she is very patient.
