nope, no outside trips yet, it has been really cold here yet. BUT, I do think they will be moving out from my living room this weekend to the coop. It is supposed to be the mid 50's and it's time. I tried to hold on to them as long as I can, but DH is going to evict me from the house if I dont get them outta here!!!!!!
8 1/2 weeks today, and it breaks my heart to know they will be leaving me for the 'great outdoors'. I just hope Victoria and Elizabeth are hearty enough to go out already. The other 4 have been ready for a few weeks, but I didnt want to separate the Sultans from the rest and try to reintroduce them later, so they have stayed inside with me. Everyone seems to be wonderful. Still not sure about Victorias sex yet, but it looks more and more like she's a she!!!!!!
I will take some good photos today for an update. Victoria and Elizabeth still are the most adorable and affectionate birds I have ever had. WOW, it is just amazing. They are just like a dog.
They oughta have fun with that! I wonder what Bird and the big girls'll think of them. I keep forgetting the weather isn't the same for you over in Ohio as it is for us--lots of sunshine and 50-degree weather the past week or so for us.
Don't worry, I'll show you some pictures to help you with your empty nest if you can hold on for another 40 days.
