So....someone in the coop crowed twice this morning when I opened up the door. These are all gals that the lady I got them from said were, well, gals. I know some hens can crow, but I've had some doubts on one of my Amerecauanas. What do you guys think? Shes 12 weeks old here. Shes got the beard.

I have a Barred Rock bantam hen that has crowed for two years now. It is usually more prevalent in the mornings. She is the Alpha in a mixed flock of sixteen bantam hens.
