Impacted crop treated by Vet with Abt & Reglan. Turned to sour crop, treated by me. Voice was hoarse for a month. Now she has no voice at all. Treated for Gapeworm( very muggy here) Now again becuase I think the dose was wrong. Now sneezing with discharge. Started Doxy yesterday & colloidal Silver nebulizer. Already did Denagard in water. It's been like idk 6weeks now. She still has some trouble breathing on & off but zero voice. Laying eggs. This morning she pooped this. Any thoughts. It's bubbly. Poops were beautiful Thursday, I wasn't home yesterday.

How is the crop emptying now overnight? What does it feel like? Sorry that she is still having problems breathing. I think that continuing to use antibiotics may have a bad impact on her crop problems. Here is your previous thread on the hen:

The crop is emptying fine now. She just has problems breathing on & off, especially when I pick her up or its muggy outside. And yes I hate doing another antibiotic. I'm literally giving her everything I have back to back hoping something works. I just don't understand why she is now mute. During the vet given abt half way through her voice came back very hoarse sounding. She was wanting out of isolation. Now she has no voice at all. I know they communicate. I just don't understand what is going on. She got some kind of respiratory thing last year about the same time. I gave her everything I had and she got better, back to 100% in 3 weeks. I guess I'm hoping I'll stumble across the right med. And sorry, I have no idea how find my past threads on here so I just do new ones. At this point I'm exhausted. Should I just leave her be? Not one other chicken is having any issue

If she is eating and seems fine I'd give her a break from all the meds.

Overmedicating when you have no idea of the problem rarely works.

The only thing I would do, if you are not already doing it, is to add some probiotics in to repair her digestive system. Benebac is a good one to use.

Her voice will likely come back eventually.

Thanks. I do have durvet probiitics so I'll keep adding that to the water. I only did it for 3 days
