Looks like a pullet, I could be wrong though. I would wait to see though. There isn't to prominent difference in the comb.

I agree the coloring is dark but...that comb is very large for 4 weeks. It could be a BSL male.

Are those feet pink? Kinda hard to see on my phone. That's quite a comb for 4 weeks.
