In the Brooder

Hi everyone. We have a new batch of hen chicks hatched August 5, they came from Meyer Hatchery.
One of my cream legbars seems to be acting normal in the brooder as far as necessary skills go (eating, drinking, pooping, growing).
When we open the brooder to hold them though, or take them outside to walk around in the yard, she doesn’t go with the rest of the group. They’ll be off pecking around and generally acting like normal skittish chicks. She’ll just plop herself down and sit. No interest in foraging or flocking. Sometimes she’ll nod off to sleep. It doesn’t quite seem like lethargy but it seems odd to me. If she was a human I’d say she was dissociating - I’m wondering if she’s stressed?
She lets us hold her and is very calm but I can’t help wonder if there’s something wrong, neurological or otherwise. I notice that outside and especially before she dozed off, she twitches her head a lot. No tremors, and she’s vaccinated against Mareks.
Any thoughts or advice? Not sure if we just have a loopy chick or if there’s anything I can do to help her out.
She’s on the left in the picture, to show how she acts when the others are doing their chick thing.
