Month old chicken with crd

I have a month old silkie that weighs 2.5 ounces. She his gasping for breath and sneezing. I bought tylan 200. I'm not sure how much to give her injectable. Please help!

For a chick that small I would be tempted to go with a water soluble antibiotic. Is CRD a problem in your flock. If not I would be concerned that this chick might infect the flock.
