We went out to check on our ducklings for the second time today. Clyde was in a corner and breathing heavy and his head flopping. We brought him in right away minutes later he died. We had one last night limping and she is still limping today I gave her some niacin in her mouth and put more niacin in their water. (liquid B complex)

What can be wrong do I need to worry about the rest of them?

My condolences on the loss of Clyde. :hugs

The symptoms you describe make me wonder if he was exposed to a toxin...possibly botulinum neurotoxin. Find more info on botulism in ducks here. Absent a necropsy, a definitive diagnosis would be difficult - your state diagnostic laboratory may be able to perform the necropsy.

If it is botulism, your limping duck and any others may be at risk. This BYC thread may be helpful (there are others, if you search).

Thank you I'm going to look it up right now.

Luckily I have activated charcoal, and I brought in all 21 ducklings. They are sitting enjoying my bathroom. I put Epsom salt in their water sprinkled activate charcoal over the food for the others and gave the two limping charcoal in their mouth.

I hope I got it in time for the others. Clyde did not show any symptoms until we saw his head flopping around :(
