Month old duckling died help

It’s hard to say what could have happened. What do you feed your ducks? Are they outside on the ground? Any standing water or pieces of metal it could have ate? How are the other ducklings acting now?

There were outside for a few days. Off the ground in the duck house. I just built it, they did make a mess with their food and water I'm thinking a few of them probably ate the stuff on the floor and it went bad. Everyone seems ok right now.

I also put activated charcoal in the other ducklings food just to help flush anything if they got into anything too.
