Month old meat chicken cannot stand.

Hi: I have a month old meat chicken that cannot stand. It is also growing its adult feathers but the feathers are not coming in like the others. I read to put oregano in its feed. I gave it a small amount of collodial silver in a syringe yesterday. Mixed oregano and water today and gave it to it by syringe. I do not know what is the matter with the chicken. Any suggestions?
