Month old white chick with black spots from “female rare” assortment

Different hatcheries' Marans have either clean or feathered feet.

I've heard of hatcheries sometimes tossing in chicks from breeds under development and not yet for sale on their own when assembling assortments.
I like this theory. Maybe It’s a mystery hybrid. Like the cookies and cream from Meyer. I will email them and ask

Maybe a splash Andalusian? Or is that out? I’m going through the breeds one by one

Exchequer leghorn?

Don't all Leghorns have yellow skin?

I was going to guess Exchequer Leghorn, although I have not seen those as chicks.
But the body and face shape remind me of our white leghorns as chicks. The legs were only lightly yellow until they grew up.
Some feather colors dilute skin color. Like what happens with dark legged breeds with mottling. Our Mottled Ams have spotty slate and white legs.
But yours can't be mottled as that presents with black and yellow down all over the chicks.

What do the "Cream and Frost White Legbar" look like?
