Month olds with blood between toes

Today I noticed that two of my month old New Hampshires have some blood on the webbing between their toes. It isn't alot and looks a bit like cracking from dryness, maybe. I am afraid the others will peck at it.
Any ideas what it may be and if I should do anything besides keep an eye on it?

Put some Neosporin on it at night when she is roosting!

Thanks! I put some on and they were looking a little less irritated from the last time I checked. They were having some outside time when I noticed it. Could it be related?
