I really want to get better at letting go, at acceptance. I spend a lot of time trying to control, and it wears me out with obsessive thinking, and fears. I've done it all my life, so feels awful to change it.

Does that fit under the happiness goal or trying something new? Whatever we do, I want to start a path of surrender. Somehow.
