Man it was HOT out there- stayed with Sugar Sand Farm and had a blast-

Placed in pet homes two Ameraucana crosses, and sold the two pretty roos!!!

Also got 3 Cochin pullets of the gorgeous variety

They will need a few days to tell me their names...

I also will break my four broody hen- (and nobody else will go broody) with the SQ eggs!!!

Sorry I couldn't make it today but we had already made plans for today a while back. (Memorial Day weekend). It was 96 degrees here today with a 103 heat index, HOT!!!

Great swap today Lots of buyers as well as sellers. Thanks Judy for the turner and all the extra feeders and lights. Your chickens were gorgeous I know Carl will take very good care of them It was get meeting Firetigeris and seeing everyone. How was the meet today? I saw some activity on my way to church this morning. I still have a lovely roo who needs a home (not a stew pot, please). His name is Larry and he is a pretty EE.

Hope the swap went well today. Took some birds to the auction Friday night as I didn't want to stress them out with a 2 hr drive each way and my cage inventory is low but haven't felt much like building with the heat we have been having lately but will get back to work on building some.
