I believe breed is wolf. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Take him to the park, yell his name repeatedly. That works too.

Those people are jerks I’m also surprised they just dumped a doodle… those things are expensive!! And at least around here, people usually try to resell them.

Yeah. Been there done that. Here everywhere you look there's semi stray dogs. People feed them, even when they don't have enough money to feed themselves. It's kind of sad.
