Well here there are though and the dog we are talking about is here in the US. There is no excuse to ever dump an animal here. There’s soooo many resources now.

Yeah. Been there done that. Here everywhere you look there's semi stray dogs. People feed them, even when they don't have enough money to feed themselves. It's kind of sad.

Here in Greece we have a BIG feral dog problem, rescues are filled with dogs, and most are LGD mixes, meaning they are unsuitable for most homes here, yet people advertise them as such, and it's an endless circle of adopting a dog, and returning it because you found out it doesn't suit your household
