Im not an expert on it, but it may be possible that your birds, which you are calling "EE's", may actually be Ameraucanas.

I looked in my APA book and from looking at your pictures it appears that you have a Brown Red Ameraucana rooster, a couple Black Ameraucana hens, and a Silver Ameraucana hen. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable could tell, but from what I could see in your photos, they fit withing the standards guidelines for Ameraucanas.

Im not saying they are show quality, or anything, just that they dont appear to be what most EE's usually are........ mutts from a hatchery with some Ameraucana heritage.
